Coveted Michelin stars have only made it onto a sprinkling of London’s best hotels, with only the Dorchester holding three Michelin Stars. The Mandarin Oriental hosts Heston Blumenthal’s Diner, rated in the top ten restaurants in the world. Meanwhile the Lanesborough, Connaught and Berkeley hotels all boast restaurants with two Michelin stars. The Hilton Park Lane holds one Michelin star in its Galvin’s at Windows, which is spectacularly located on the 28th floor with endless views over London. The Lanesborough interestingly gained its Michelin star within a UK record time from opening with Heinz Beck taking just 5 months to achieve the status.
